Late 2015 I realised that I needed to ship some goods back to the Netherlands. Not knowing where to go, I popped the question on FB, and got told to get in contact with Jack from Red Nav. I called Jack, who explained me what Red Nav could offer me, reassuring that this was easy to do for them. Michael took over from this point and worked out various options for me. Easy to reach, always prompt with following up and very friendly, it was very very pleasant to work with Michael. Since Michael knew the bigger picture he also thought with me about other solutions, including local storage at Red Nav’s warehouse. For me this is exactly what a customer needs and expects from service companies, like Red Nav. So, a 5 out of 5 stars from me. Now - I decided to not ship back at this moment as I found an almost free solution to store my goods at a friends place for the near future, but It’s clear that when I eventually need so ship back these goods or more, I will use Red Nav.

I cannot speak too highly of Red Navs total professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile when it came to helping me, a novice in the import world, get the result I wanted in the shortest time and at the best price!!
